Your Impact

The Manager RMA and Refurbishment will lead a team of technicians and customer service to provide world-class triage, repair and replacement services. The selected candidate will manage local resources and operating expenses and will work with local and remote teams to address process and technical issues and continuously improve this area of RMA and Refurbishment service to our customers.
Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide excellent customer experience through quick turnaround time of RMA processing
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities for the RMA and Refurbishment teams
  • Ensure the proper triage, root cause where appropriate, and data collection of returned product
  • Develop short and long term goals and objectives for the group
  • Track performance metrics and analyze the data to make necessary adjustments to meet team and company goals
  • Drive initiatives to improve efficiencies and service quality
  • Manage the team’s performance and personnel development
  • Instill a positive, cohesive and collaborative work environment
  • Identify and plan for headcount and equipment requirements
  • Collaborate with international team members to improve and ensure consistency of global processes
  • Work with local Quality, Manufacturing, Product and Engineering teams with new products added to the product service offering

Basic Qualifications
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing a similar RMA / repair center operation
  • Strong understanding of the core processes and steps of a repair, RMA and refurbishment type of operation
  • Proven leadership skills and budgeting experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, and basic knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
  • A team player with a “can do” attitude capable of working with minimal direction
  • Strong planning, organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience using MS Dynamics 365 preferred
  • PowerBI and Tableau experience a plus

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 50,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 90,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 60,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 100,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
