Supervisor - Technical Support

Description and Requirements

• Automation in MS excel, MS Access, VBA, SQL work
• On basic to moderately complex support tasks relating to Reinsurance models development and testing
• Automation using Python language
• Web scrapping using various languages and tools
• Attend project meetings and communicate issues and address questions in a timely manner
• Research and answer questions pertaining to testing and development
• Work with users with needs to expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow
• Strong assistance with development and documentation of project plans
• System documentation as needed
• Assessment and information gathering skills from different stakeholders
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required
