Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISOR OF VISUAL INSPECTION TEAM

Production

Ensure the production of the drugs requested by the customer, through the coordination and control of the VISUAL INSPECTION employee structure assigned, the contribution to the creation of instructions on production operations, the possible support in case of anomalies with respect to the production standards, the coordination of the activities of the assigned department with the other departments of the Production function, the order of the necessary consumables, in compliance with the budget, safety regulations, the customer's needs in terms of quantity, time, GMP, procedures and company quality standards.

Management of employees

Ensure the coordination and control of the employee structure, through the definition of objectives, the exploitation of results, the analysis of training and development needs, in order to ensure a high level of performance and motivation.

Maintenance

To support the Technical Services function in the maintenance of the productive plants, through the address, coordination of the dependent structure in the verification of the efficiency assigned department, equipment and timely support to begin production problems solving (plant failures),

Planning production maintenance plants through timely reporting of anomalies and coordination structure sought at maintaining a state of efficiency of the department

Consumer goods

Collaborate with the Technical Operations Administrator to ensure an adequate level of inventory by coordination of Department Supervisor

Keys to Success:
