Supervisory Aviation Technical Systems Specialist (Assistant ADO Manager)

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I, FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as:

• Experience in leadership and providing direction to others and/or establishing common goals.
• Experience promoting teamwork.
• Experience in promoting airport safety.
• Experience in collaborative analysis of technical information for projects crossing multiple technical andoperational disciplines or organizational lines of business.
• Experience applying technical guidance in airport layout and design.
• Experience in promoting employee development (e.g. on-the job training; coaching and teamwork).
• Experience in the identification and analysis of significant issues or trends in airport planning and development.
• Experience with the Airport Improvement Program
