Supervisory Facilities Operations Specialist

About the Position: The Joint Munitions Command provides the Joint Force with ready, reliable, lethal munitions at the speed of war. JMC's mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as the Installation Maintenance Program and Motor Pool Manager responsible for the daily operations, strategic planning, complex issue resolution, regulatory implementation of the division located at the Camp Stanley Storage Activity, which is a subordinate installation of JMC.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:

1. Plan, coordinate, and carry out motor pool maintenance projects with high visibility and interest to completion;
2. Interpret and apply complex federal motor pool regulations;
3. Assess the efficiency of operations to develop problem solving solutions; and
4. Lead, direct, or assig work of personnel

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
