Summary
This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO- DAS Mgmt Budget. As a/an SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the OFM staff responsible for budget formulation and execution, and general administrative support.

Key Requirements:
- Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
- A one-year supervisory or managerial probationary period may be required.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- All new hires will be required to comply with federal ethics laws. A review of financial or other interests may be conducted to determine if they create any real or apparent conflict of interests with official Treasury duties.
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
- Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9. Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Specialized Experience for the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience and a working knowledge in ALL of the following:
-Experience in developing and reviewing a wide variety of written materials related to Financial Management, using experience with laws and regulations affecting financial management ; AND
-Experience resolving issues and coordinating leadership approval of financial, staffing and contractual documents; AND
-Experience working with senior officials regarding issues with high level options and recommendations.
Specialized Experience for the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience and a working knowledge in ALL of the following:
-Experience assisting in the development of a wide variety of written materials related to Financial Management using experience with laws and regulations affecting financial management.; AND
-Experience working with and advising senior officials on high level issues.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. - This position requires that the successful candidate undergo personnel vetting, which includes a background investigation and enrollment upon onboarding into "Continuous Vetting." The successful candidate will also be enrolled into FBI's Rap Back service, which will allow Treasury to receive notification from the FBI of criminal matters (e.g., arrests, charges, convictions) involving enrolled individuals in near real-time.
