Summary
This position serves as the Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist, Section Chief and is located in the Justice Management Division (JMD), Security and Emergency Planning Staff (SEPS), Personnel Security Group (PERSG), Personnel Security Operations Section in Washington, DC. SEPS is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining DOJ programs regarding personnel security, information security, physical security, litigation security, and emergency preparedness planning.

- You will be required to complete a pre-employment security investigation and background check which includes a drug screening.
- Selective Service registration is required for males born on, or after, December 31st 1959. Those not registered should have an approved exemption on file.

Qualifications
To Qualify for GS-0080-14:
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as:
- Developing or implementing personnel security requirements;
- Developing security policies and procedures; and
- Evaluating personnel security requirements and records management.
