Summary
This position is part of the Defense Media Activity. The incumbent will serve as the Multimedia Division Chief, providing operations and media product management, policy execution and procedural guidance unique to service element multi-media products in support of the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff of the Army, and Army Office of the Chief of Public Affairs, Department of the Army and Department of Defense messages, themes and stories.

Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Providing public affairs counsel, develops and applies new approaches to the complex communication activity in Public Affairs.
- Planning and developing the communication of information programs, policies and actions concerning internal and public information issues to national and international, internal and external audiences.
- Developing public affairs plans and actions that use a variety of methods and techniques (such as written, audio, video, photography and multimedia products) to achieve communication goals.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
