In this role, you will lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across a portfolio of supplier partners, driving campaigns that enhance brand visibility and support strategic product launches. You will manage campaign planning, budgets, and performance metrics while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborating closely with internal teams and supplier stakeholders, you will execute integrated marketing programs, provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, and maintain high standards of operational excellence. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Remote work is supported, with occasional cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the marketing liaison for assigned suppliers, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, including integrated campaigns, new product launches, and awareness programs
- Maintain campaign status trackers, report on KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring compliance with supplier allocations and financial guidelines
- Support creative brief development, content creation, and localization efforts for marketing assets
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Supplier Management
- Promote best practices in campaign reporting, stakeholder management, and operational workflows
- 8–10 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or supplier-facing roles
- Proven track record in campaign execution, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with stakeholder-facing experience
- Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Self-starter with initiative and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus
