Supplier Enablement Specialist (German speaking)

Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

As a Supplier Enablement Specialist You will play a pivotal role to support our client’s suppliers registration and enablement in the purchasing environment.

Why you’ll love your job:

• Pull and analyze supplier data for the Cluster countries
• Reconcile supplier contact and ordering emails against recent transactions
• Keeping close contact with suppliers and provide guidance for processes
• Coordination with the catalog content team
• Determine wave plan Perform match analysis with SAP Business Network
• Initiate change enablement (Project Notification Letter Trading Relationship Request etc)
• Host supplier summits
• Manage escalation process for non-conforming suppliers

You will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills as You will:

• Host supplier trainings
• Confirm supplier readiness
• Technical set-up for cutover
• Final supplier Go-live communication
• End user awareness and stakeholder management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

• English: fluent
• German: fluent
• Ability to manage sub-project plan
• Working as the face of the client with SAP Ariba and supplier (Prior Ariba experience not mandatory but an advantage)
• Ability to resolve and escalate issues
• Client facing communication skills client-focused mindset
• Reliable precise efficient well organized ability to meet strict deadlines
• Flexibility agile way of working and clear communication with suppliers will be the key requirement of the role
• Motivated (need to get the work completed successfully and accurately each day)
• Capable of achieving the goals under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good at teamwork
