Grubhub's Procurement organization is looking for a Supplier onboarding Analyst to serve as a supplier onboarding subject matter expert to support our internal supplier onboarding process. This role interfaces with key internal Grubhub stakeholders and external third party suppliers. The Procurement function is responsible for managing Grubhub's enterprise supplier spend and contracts, collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and execute on strategic priorities, and optimize the value within our supply base. This role reports to the Director of Procurement and sits within Grubhub's Finance group.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate knowledge of procurement process and procurement systems, strong organization and communication skills, and be passionate about helping people and improving process. You should take on the mindset of an air traffic controller that is managing multiple stakeholders at various stages of the onboarding and approval lifecycle to ensure integrity of the internal supplier onboarding process and tool. Your role and support will make a huge impact on improving Grubhub Procurement's service within the company
The Impact You Will Make:

• Work with business leads and suppliers to process new and ongoing requests
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Corp IT, Accounts Payable) to ensure timely processing of such requests
• Manage follow up with suppliers to ensure they are taking ownership of registration and onboarding responsibilities
• Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to supplier onboarding process and technology, both internal facing and external
• Engage with procurement, suppliers and cross functional stakeholders to drive adoption, optimize system utilization and continuous process improvement outcomes
• Providing timely customer service and training to business functions to continually improve onboarding and supplier approval processes
• Support supplier inquiries regarding procurement processes, onboarding intake approval status
• Support all business functions to resolve issues and concerns related to supplier onboarding
• Support the design and simplification of procurement workflows and partner on system enhancements to help automate workflows to scale
• Monitor supplier onboarding email domain and provide timely response to inquiries
• Track and organize inquiries and communicate themes to Procurement team to support improved customer service and process improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of Procurement experience
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with all levels within GH business functions
• Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated passion for process optimization and supporting process efficiency initiatives
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely organized
• Advanced Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

New York Salary Range: $34.62/hr - $45.19/hr
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
