Supplier Qualification Management TL with French, Timisoara/Bucharest

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a SQM TL will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support to Supplier;

• Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up;

• Questionnaire analysis;

• Questionnaire award;

• Support to Category/ users,

• Anti-bribery compliance watch;

• Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;

• Team coordination on related tasks.

What will you bring?

• Good French and English language skills, written and conversational;

• Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

• Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

• Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;

• Experience in team management;

• SQM/similar experience 4-6 years.

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

Exposure to procurement operations would be a plus;

Neutral Voice and Accent and call management.
