What you'll do:

• Lead the supplier quality assurance in business area. Set the supplier quality strategy, coordinate and facilitate related departments to continuously improve the supplier quality and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and continue to improve the effectiveness of supplier quality management process.
• Monitor supplier quality performance after SOP. Lead the actions to work with supplier and continue to improve supplier performance.
• Provide the leadership and support in resolution of escalated/ critical supplier quality problems. Lead supplier actions to ensure objectives are sustainable and completed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with sourcing, SCM, SDE in supplier's advance quality planning activities for purchased new parts; Define incoming inspection of supplied parts; Monitor purchased parts safe launch.
• Conduct supplier annual audits.

• Bachelor degree and above with major in Mechanical Engineering or related majors
• At least 3 years' experience in Mechanical/ Electrical Manufacturing Industry or related industry
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance framework and quality tools application (eg. IATF16949, 5 core tools ,8D, QC Tools, Poka-yoke and so on)
• Knowledge in 6 Sigma and Lean as an advantage.
• Engineering background. Prefer metal forming, plastic molding or electrical parts manufacture.
• Profound MS office skills and business fluency in English and Chinese.
• Team player with open-minded and strategic work attitude.
