Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

• Work with related departments to control specification for all material in XP.
• Set up KPI to the development of performance management to meet Material Quality.
• Management subordinates, leading the team to reach the specified goals.
• Manage the quality of material to feedback direct to Supplier for material issue solving.
• Raise a CAR to supplier associated with instruction on how to fill out the form when the abnormal materials.
•  Review and fill in the closed date after verification of Effectiveness.
• Do a quality report daily, weekly, and monthly for material in factory.

Qualifications

•  Years of work experience, at least 2 years of electronics manufacturing management experience.
• English fluent communication.
• Familiar with the ISO series system.
• The implementation of the IPC-610 class 2, in order to meet production requirements.
• Participated in the training of six sigma and TQM.
• Undergraduate degree, electronics, production, and management background.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
