This position is a hybrid role based in our Lake Worth, FL office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

The Supplier Reporting Administrator is responsible for the intake, analysis, and loading of supplier volume into our SalesForce CRM. This position is necessary to the success of the organization as a portion of our revenue is generated through the enrollment of our members into our partner supplier programs and the associated revenue shares back to Buyers Edge Platform. The organization would not be able to recognize these revenues and overall growth without our Supplier Reporting Administrators handling the intake and loading of the partner supplier volume.

Your impact:

• Receive, process and validate revenue and rebate information received from suppliers
• Be able to handle/troubleshoot high level inquiries and requests from across brands and departments
• Produce, verify and distribute Supplier Volume Reports to internal management and staff
• Communicate with suppliers on data issues
• Maintenance responsibilities in Salesforce records
• Communicate with internal employees
• Review Supplier reporting for accuracy, completeness and adherence to signed agreements
• Resolve reporting errors and non-compliance issues with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers getting initial reporting set up

About you:

• 1-2 years of data analysis or data management-related experience preferred
• Business Analysis
• Problem-solver
• Raw data file processing skills
• Above average excel skills (ability to do lookups and pivot tables)
• Good Communication skills
• Experience working with CSV and TXT files
• Salesforce experience preferred, not required
• Strong Organizational skills
• Strong time management skills, including the ability to work with minimal supervision
