We're currently looking for a Analyst 1 to join our team in Franklin, TN.
Essential Job Functions (include but are not limited to)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and prioritize data requirements
- Design, maintain, and implement data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct ad-hoc analyst and generate reports to support business decision making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions based on data analysis
- Serve as a back-up option for the volume planning analysts
- Build trust and lasting relationships with various Nissan departments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
- Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
- Knowledge in Python or VBA for automating data tasks
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow through and make significant progress in a fast paced, demanding, dynamic environment
- Working proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Minimum of 1-3 years in similar experience
- Travel: Ability to travel locally and internationally up to 20%
