Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Sr. Customer Supply Chain & Compliance Manager and primarily be responsible for driving best practices within the Customer Supply Chain & Compliance organization. The Supply Chain Analyst will also assist with projects that require cross functional collaboration and contribute to broader organizational goals. On occasion, the Supply Chain Analyst will be expected to provide Order Management backup coverage when needed to prevent business disruption.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, standardize, and ensure execution of Customer Supply Chain & Compliance best practices.
2. Provide analytical support to the Customer Supply Chain & Compliance leadership team.
3. Participate in the cross-functional customer support teams, ensuring a single point of contact for supply chain when necessary and continuously striving to improve customer service to meet both KDP and the customers' targets.
4. Manage daily ordering for designated customer(s) business, working with supply partners to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
5. Drive service excellence: analyze / interpret customer service level information to facilitate proactive improvement opportunities using customer's data and SAP systems.
6. Ensure on-time delivery for orders through monitoring on-time delivery metrics and partnering with the transportation team.
7. Manage and publish critical management reports related to Customer Supply Chain to KDP management team.
8. Analyze, support, and develop overall logistics strategies to support customer's needs (both internal and external).
9. Develop analysis and work with Sales to identify distribution voids or opportunities to improve.
10. Execute business processes related to order cycle, forecasting, promotional activity, claims, returns, deductions, etc. Resolves disputes including supply chain variations, forecast inaccuracies between KDP & client and all product related issues.
11. Collaborate with Manager to identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer relationship while reducing cost. Provide analysis to take advantage of promotion, distribution, pricing, and process opportunities.
12. Execute business process using strong communication, customer service, problem solving and analytical skills.
13. Support advanced technology solutions for Customer Supply Chain & Compliance.

Requirements

• Strong capability in Microsoft Excel and SAP required
• Experience working with Power BI, Tableau or other advanced dashboard software preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior experience (including internship or coop) with Supply Chain data analysis and support highly preferred
