We have an entrepreneurial spirit that's brought us a lot of success and we're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team in our Alpharetta headquarters.Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by managing the Supply Chain activities supporting distributors and vendors that service HoneyBaked Ham's retail locations including both company-owned and franchise stores. This is a critical role that aids and directs manufacturers, distributors, and stores in all aspects of the Supply Chain to maintain optimal supply levels and minimize obsolescence, and is the Supply Chain liaison to our internal lines of business and departments to provide insight, feedback, direction and customer focused resolutions as it relates to supply chain success.
HoneyBaked has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days' work from home.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage relationship with a subset of our independent foodservice distributors to ensure the needs of Honey Baked retail locations are met.
- Assist distributors in maintaining accurate inventory levels and recommended order quantities.
- Lead audit process for redistributor and distributor monthly pricing.
- Manage month-end inventory reconciliation for a subset of distributors.
- Execute body of work related to the set up new distributors and/or transition of distribution partners as the HoneyBaked system continues to expand.
- Assist in setting up service for new and owner transferred locations at assigned Distributors.
- Oversee distributor compliance to national distribution agreement(s).
- Holiday order planning execution of plan -- from store orders to manufacturers; manufacturers to redistributors and distributors; distributors to store delivery.
- Manage company Change Order process working closely with stores, vendors and logistics groups.
- Execute regional inventory re-balancing efforts in support of product allocation and substitution requirements.
- Work with Demand Planner to set-up and execute the rollout of LTO and new product skus meeting target deadlines and inventory build-up requirements.
- Supply Chain liaison with Lines of Business, including, but not limited to participation in internal planning processes and meetings.
- Work with ham and turkey suppliers in conjunction with stores to meet product demand, account for adjustments, education, problem resolution, logistical support, communication, system support, and overall guidance.
- Provide ham and turkey vendors weekly inventory roll-ups by distributor to identify demand shifts and guarantee continuity of supply.
- Problem resolution between stores, suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
- Assist QA Department in PQRR problem resolution.
- Perform system maintenance as required.
- Training support for supply chain activities.
- Champions continuous process improvement initiatives.
YOUR TRACK RECORD
4+ years' Supply Chain experience preferred or relevant experience working within a franchise/corporate restaurant system (food experience strongly preferred). Bachelor's in business or related degree or equivalent experience. Good understanding of Supply Chain mechanics, a strong sense of urgency plus a customer support/service mindset is the basis of success in this role. In depth analytical skills and good project management skills, coupled with initiative and the drive to find win/win resolutions are also foundational for this position. High level of proficiency in Excel is required, and experience in ERP systems is preferred.
