Working under the Head of Sourcing & Procurement Systems, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain organization in improving service levels and identifying and quantifying cost-savings opportunities. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for sourcing, scrubbing, and analyzing data, presenting findings and recommendations to Supply Chain leadership. The position will work closely with members of the Supply Chain organization to identify data sources, join data sets, and build reports to help track cost and service over time. Employees in this position may interact with their leader daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scrub and join data sets to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Work with Supply Chain team members to build reports and trackers to better monitor cost and service.
- Assist the Supply Chain organization by quantifying the impact projects or continuous improvement initiatives have on the business from a cost or operational efficiency standpoint.
- Oversee the cleansing of Supply Chain data to improve data accuracy.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
- Provide recommendations to enhance new and/or existing systems and tools to streamline procurement operations.
- Prioritize projects in cooperation with the project sponsors as directed by the Head of Sourcing & Procurement Systems
- Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of new projects, initiatives, or strategic goals as outlined by the sourcing manager.
- Effectively validate and interpret master data price requirements.
- Support the enhancement of procurement reporting capabilities to provide more robust insights to support fact base decisions.
- Support assessment of critical external partners performances and risks SRM
- Manage and maintain supplier metrics including KPIs
- Support the RFP and RFQ process for our ingredient and/or packaging suppliers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required; Business, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain or Analytics required.

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and completeness.
- Team-oriented approach, taking joint accountability for successes or failures. Be supportive to others and help promote a collaborative and positive work environment striving for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently with little management and oversight. Take initiative completing tasks and resolving problems.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, SQL, Python, and Tableau preferred.
