PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Supply Chain Analyst will develop, maintain, and improve the organization's Supply Chain Planning dashboards and analytical tools. Responsible for delivering analysis and data-driven solutions that enable Supply Chain efficiencies, improve business processes, and positively impact company financial results. Measures the performance of core business processes through creation and monitoring of specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES• Develops dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and provides data analysis to key supply chain stakeholders for the improvement of service and inventory performance.• Collaborates with key stakeholders to utilize data in the identification of improvement opportunities in supply chain operations and processes.• Create and communicate data-driven recommendations to improve operational process execution. Present results to cross-functional supply chain associates & support translation of data analysis into actionable implementation steps.• Ongoing management & enhancement of existing dashboard • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning Managers to conduct governance to prioritize project implementation, ensure reports are providing value, and track accountability of execution of recommendations.• Participate in cross-functional project teams, either as lead or member, to implement solutions.• Collaborate with network modelers, data analysts, and data scientists to enhance and create data tables, modeling scenarios, and data visualization tools.• Develops training materials and facilitates user training for all supply chain planning dashboards and analytical tools.• Stay familiar with technology and processes within data analytics or network optimization.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in a supply chain, business, or data analysis field.• 2 years' experience with demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, supply chain process improvement, or supply chain-related function.• Proficiency with data visualization tools (PivotTables, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Tableau, or similar).• Ability to synthesize technical data & processes, and communicate to a broad, non-technical cross-functional audience of supply chain leaders & peers.• Preferred experience with coding languages like SQL, Python, R, or similar.• Project management experience.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$65,484.84 - $88,597.14
