What we need:
Mohawk is looking for a team member that performs supply chain analysis, develops reporting, and helps prepare monthly business review materials for the Transportation and Capacity team. This position will also assist in SAP implementation. This resource should have 3+ years of supply chain experience and demonstrate the ability to review / develop supply chain KPI's, manage monthly business reviews with functional expertise, support business teams with analysis / actions, work cross-functionally to support business requirements, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do:
- This role will lead the charge in developing new processes and procedures to support Supply Chain management in data-based decision making.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the supply chain strategies support company goals while meeting customer expectations
- Manages and implements reporting to track KPI progress and works with management to create follow up deliverables for improvement
- Collaborates with Finance to analyze P&L data and provides a detailed analysis on Year over Year spend and costs
- Develops and presents alternative solutions for freight type allocation and pricing based on current business mix and needs
- Works cross-functionally to gain a detailed understanding of Mohawk's transportation network and vital KPIs to efficiently maintain the business
- Manages and implements reporting to track KPI progress and works with management to create follow up deliverables for improvement
- Works with outside vendors to best utilize systems for pricing and bid integration with future SAP implementations
- Collaborate with capacity planning teams to drive integration for SAP TMS
- Develop SAP training materials and ensure resources are trained on new processes
- Organize process / reporting in centralized repository to support monthly business reviews
- Assist with carrier bid analysis, disputes, etc.
- Liaises with key business users for business requirements and translating them into SAP requirements.
- Develop KPI's that stress accurate business practices, reducing claims associated with Mohawk delivers team.
- Analyze KPI's to ensure revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
- System Training/ Problem Solver (Trainer for New Changes and Problem Solver for issues related to order and TKL pricing).
- Communication: Provide logistics solutions to various departments including (but not limited to) Customer Service, Pricing, and Transportation.
- Identify revenue leakage and support a solution to prevent loss opportunities
- Analyze carrier rates and on-time performance to ensure we are using the most qualified carriers
- Manage service reports to include departure and arrival status.
- May include other duties as assigned by Management.
What you have:
- Bachelor's Degree with previous experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Mathematics, or a related business field (3+ years in logistics related field).
- AS400 experience preferred. SAP Experience +
- Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
