Supply Chain Analyst

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the operations team supporting various stakeholders/customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and exceptional organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Locations: Fort Worth, TX  (Hybrid - 2 days a week in office)

What's the Job?

• Manage planning, forecasting, pricing, and aftermarket product management.
• Handle a high volume of customer queries and tickets related to order journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure alignment on aftermarket strategies.
• Utilize SAP and other tools to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Work independently while covering weekend shifts as needed to support global operations.

What's Needed?

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of managing multiple queries.
