Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring that key Supply Chain data is reliable, meaningful and easily accessible to ensure timely, accurate and fact-based decision making. Support all activities relating to Supply Chain functions. Includes, but not limited to, collecting and analyzing data and trends, inventories, tracking supplier performance, recommending target inventories, interfacing with third party manufacturers and suppliers, reviewing and processing of engineering change orders, expediting, maintaining ERP/MRP data and Approved Supplier Files and databases. Additionally, there is a responsibility to work with key stakeholders to implement Supply Chain best practices and help leadership to build a world class end-to-end Supply Chain. Receives functional and operational guidance from the ACIST Sr Manager of Global Supply Chain.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly reporting of shipments and open order/backlog.
  • Ensure product availability at ACIST and third party warehouses and performs weekly replenishments.
  • Maintain Supply Chain master data and assures data quality (e.g. SAP material and vendor master data, pricing and validity, etc.)
  • Correct upload errors between SAP and SAP BW
  • Conducts quarterly review of key inventory management data (e.g. safety stocks, reorder points, lot sizes, etc.) and makes recommendations.
  • Communicates with suppliers to provides accurate forecast data
  • Provide support for ongoing inventory reporting.
  • Conduct daily review of material requirements (injector systems and disposables). May also be required to support for spare parts.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
  • Be a key stakeholder in part number creation process, as well as "extension" process.
  • Review production capacity with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers to ensure demand can be met.
  • Develop and distributes monthly and quarterly Supply Chain performance reports to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide inputs to SIOP process regarding forecasts, purchasing plan and inventory levels.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Supports colleagues with back-up activities during their absence.
  • Maintains compliance with Quality, Legal and Regulatory requirements.
  • Assure adherence to the environmental management system requirements e.g. ISO14001.

Required Skills

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. In Lieu of degree, 5+ yrs experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management with a high level of expertise in Demand and Supply Chain Planning will be considered.
  • Experience working with outsourced production activities i.e. Contract Manufacturing.
  • Experience in SIO&P process, specifically in the preparation of key inputs e.g. Demand Plan, Supply Plan, Inventory Plan, etc.
  • Successfully led process improvement projects in any Supply Chain activity e.g. Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
  • Experience using ERP system is essential, SAP experience is preferred.
  • Strong MS Excel, analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Advanced communication skills - written and verbal with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and organized.

  • Domestic and International Travel up to 10%.
  • APICS certification a plus.
