Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

As a Supply Chain Analyst Intern, you'll support key supply chain projects as a member of the Supply Chain Analytics Team. You will be responsible for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis on defined business problems and creating reporting solutions to provide visibility into supply chain trends and performance. You'll collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to scope business problems and offer sound data-driven solutions and recommendations. You may also take on ownership of larger projects as directed by leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively network and build relationships
  • Passion for delivering outrageous customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to support key Supply Chain Analytics projects
  • Create and analyze reporting to support strategic supply chain initiatives
  • Work in partnership with other team members and business stakeholders to scope new requests, and recommend effective data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate and assist in day-to-day team activities to support team members
  • Present project outcomes and recommendations to the team and senior leadership

Experience:

  • Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program majoring in Business, Math, or Technology
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Ability to work full time during the summer (~40 hours/week) and part-time during the school year (~15-20 hours/week)

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Previous intern or business analytics experience
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL and BI Platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience using G-Suite tools and applications
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages
