Amplify Education is looking for a talented and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing Inventory Management team. The ideal candidate is organized and responsible, with a keen sense of leadership. We are seeking someone with a successful background in data analysis, reporting and strategic planning.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain - Inventory Management, the Supply Chain Analyst will assist in supporting the pan-Amplify function of supply chain operations for all physical materials for Amplify Education, Inc.
In this role, the Analyst will perform:
  • Support VP, Directors, and Manager in creating and implementing timely and accurate inventory distribution plans for customer-facing, sample, and pilot products, through analysis of inventory data, across pan-Amplify and vendor systems
  • Perform analysis of inventory data to identify trends and validate assumptions to inform and maintain accurate inventory data across all Amplify products and vendor locations.
  • Create summaries, both visually and written, that support proposed inventory management actions, partner decision making, and highlight areas of potential risk to the business.
  • Aggregate and methodically create data sets to support business initiative execution and ERP implementation and management.
  • Work with partners to monitor and evaluate efficacy of solutions and iterate until desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas within inventory management, suggest improvements and escalate complex inventory issues to management for immediate resolution.
  • Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes.
  • Support the VP of Operations, Directors of Supply Chain Planning and Operations, Manager of Supply Chain Planning with ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant data analytics experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and or manufacturing experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Track record of high-level follow through with successful results

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supply chain, inventory management, and/or manufacturing experience in education publishing or hands-on learning companies.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in
  • Ability to think and react in a high energy and fast paced environment.
  • Passion for sharing findings and practical insights
  • Collaborative and excited to work with many different teams across the company
  • Past experience using CRM, ERP, and data visualization systems, notably Salesforce, NetSuite, and Tableau

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
