This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, supply chain performance, and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. You will be responsible for transforming complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business performance. The position involves building and optimizing analytics infrastructure, developing advanced reporting tools, and delivering executive-level insights that support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve business problems, and enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility. A strong focus is placed on storytelling through data, enabling leaders to make informed, high-impact decisions. This is a highly visible role where your analytical expertise directly influences supply chain strategy and execution.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading supply chain analytics initiatives, developing robust reporting systems, and delivering insights that improve operational performance and decision-making. You will own the design and evolution of analytics tools while ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and business relevance. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining data reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics infrastructure, including Power BI solutions
- Building and optimizing databases, data pipelines, and reporting systems to ensure high data quality and performance
- Defining and maintaining recurring reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly) to support supply chain operations
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets using statistical and data mining techniques
- Performing data validation, quality assurance, and root cause analysis across large datasets
- Developing advanced analytics and tools to support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
- Translating complex data into clear visualizations, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations
- Communicating insights through storytelling to leadership teams to support strategic decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in data, analytics, or supply chain-related fields
- 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence
- 3+ years of experience working within supply chain functions
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar BI and data systems
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and macro development
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, and root cause analysis
- Ability to identify trends, correlations, and insights from large and complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse business functions
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
- Competitive salary range: $112,000 – $126,000 annually (based on experience and location)
