Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will be the analytical backbone of the Supply Chain team. This role will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify cost-saving opportunities, drive forecasting processes, make inventory management improvements, and streamline our logistics network. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the network of tools that underpin our procurement, logistics, inventory, and financial data. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a process-oriented individual who is strategic by nature, who also excels in building cross-functional relationships and using data to drive decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify opportunities in the inventory and capacity planning process to drive cost savings and hit KPI targets
- Support forecast development by serving as the supply chain conduit with upstream and downstream partners
- Manage our master supply chain data infrastructure to enable accurate and timely analysis
- Develop KPIs that quantitatively align with organizational and financial goals
- Use data to uncover inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend operational improvements
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the supply chain team
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support high-priority supply chain and cross-functional initiatives
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 3+ years of professional experience working in consulting, supply chain, or operations
- Proven track record of people leadership and development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and analytical modeling
- Proficiency with the Microsoft / Google Suites
- Knowledge of capital and financial planning methodologies
- Comfort managing multiple projects concurrently and managing multiple deadlines
Preferred:
- 3+ years of professional experience working in supply chain, planning, or operations
- Familiarity with operations and supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, etc.)
- Experience with network strategy or inventory management tools
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with back-end programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
- $100,000-$120,000 per year
- Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company wide 401K plan
- Annual bonus percentage is dependent on level of role
