We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Analytics Specialist To join our team specializing in Data Analysis for our Power Systems Business. This role is a Hybrid Role based out of Fridley, Minnesota.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Planning Data Extraction and Analysis - Extracts, transforms, models, interprets, and presents planning data with the goal of mining useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting value creating decision making.

• Materials KPI Management - Operates in relation to recent or historical outputs as compared to expectations of the organization to determine next steps to drive improvement; assesses gaps to the supply chain performance against the expectation of achieving target deliverables; interprets KPIs to understand end-customer impact; strategically balances trade-offs to influence one KPI while minimizing the impact to others.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least one internship or equivalent work experience in a supply chain role
• Experience processing changes/updates to extremely large data sets efficiently.
• Solid statistical knowledge and experience applying statistical concepts in several projects.
• Knowledge of either Power BI or Creating database relationships or Programming languages.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
