In this role, you will:
- Build end-to-end processes and improve upon the processes currently in place
- Coordinate and positively motivate the overseas team in a high-growth, agile environment while supervising key performance indicators
- Establish and lead Vendor Compliance, Reverse Logistics, and QA processes
- Effectively balance priorities in order to meet commitments
- Develop internal metrics, analyze large amounts of data to solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Work cross-functionally with General Managers, Planning, Product, and Business Development teams to improve operational activities
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical or operational role, ideally operations, supply chain management, inbound warehouse and transportation experience for an e-commerce/retail company
- Strong Excel modeling skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), SQL preferred
- Attention to detail, organized, priority setting, and personal accountability
- Preferred: Experience with reverse logistics, working with external parties (suppliers, 3PLs) to drive performance changes
Preferred qualifications:
- Comfortable making decisions and recommendations grounded in data
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues through objective analysis and planning
- Ability to work with limited resources and collaborate cross-functionally with different departments
- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize across a diverse workload with strong project management skills/discipline to meet set deadlines
