Supply Chain Associate
Job Description
We are looking for a process-oriented Supply Chain Associate to assist with day-to-day warehousing functions: processing inbound and outbound receipts which include customer orders, purchase orders, vendor returns, transfer orders, and samples.
This is an onsite role with 5 days a week in our Brooklyn NYC office required.
Primary Responsibilities, include:
- Processing inbound and outbound receipts
- Pick and pack and ship daily orders
- Conduct a full quality check of all items, both inbound and outbound
- Ensure that daily SLAs are met
- Notify Brand Operations teams of any inbound shipments discrepancies or damages
- Communicate order exceptions with the customer Care Team
- Inventory management
- Photograph all fine jewelry items pre-post Shipment/ Return. Ensure the items being returned were not altered in any way. The records need to be maintained in an organized fashion for easy reference
- Some heavy lifting - up to 25 lbs
Qualifications/Ideal Experience:
- Warehouse operations/supply chain experience a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as NetSuite a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours and accommodate schedule changes as necessary
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, anticipate needs and take direction
- Team player and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems and demonstrates understanding to find a solution
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop working relationships
- Fluent in Spanish (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time; Onsite role; NYC based (Brooklyn office space)
Salary: $33,250 - $43,500 per year + Discretionary Bonus & Equity Eligible
