The Headlines:

In the role of Supply Chain Capabilities Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Capabilities role. In the role of Supply Chain Capabilities Specialist, you will supports the Mgr. Supply Chain Capabilities in leading the continues improvements and harmonization of ways of working across supply chain team to support faster route to market and brilliant execution of START projects; this includes but is not limited to aligning RACI, supporting SOP creation, on-boarding efforts for PMO team and extended key teams. You will partner with the PMO team to identify opportunities areas of harmonization and work cross functionally to implement and document the necessary changes to achieve consistent work practices and role clarity during new product project execution in alignment with PLM phased approach.

This position reports to Sr.Mgr Supply Chain Capabilities works closely with larger Supply Chain capabilities team in building learning pathways and on-boarding material creation/updates for Supply Chain Capabilities team

The Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with key stakeholders in Project Management Office, Supply Chain functions and all other supporting groups (IT, BPE, GBS, L&D, graphics,finance, etc) in identifying and implementing new process and tools in support of the brilliant execution of START projects and other efforts as identified by Sr. Dir. SC Capabilities.
  • You will lead and coach others in change management efforts to ensure all identified new ways of working are well documented, shared and anchored in a timely fashion
  • You will partner with L&D in developing and maintainance of skill assessment, learning pathways, on-boarding material, etc. that supports the SC Capabiltiies team members capability building and effectiveness and improves ramp up of new hires to the team

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in science or OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in the field of Supply Chain
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
