Supply Chain Coordinator

Bevi is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role reports to the Director of Logistics. As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of supply chain experts, you will conduct the day to day tactical supply chain functions related to inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and order management with the overall goal of bringing Bevi to the masses. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.The ability to multitask and collaborate with other team members will be vital to your success in this role. Analytical problem solving and the ability to define and drive continuous improvement initiatives to help Bevi succeed are critical skills in this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and approve new sales orders and transfer order requests
• Provide timely and accurate communication to all manner of internal and external customer requests
• Work with 3PL warehouses and transportation partners to provide best in class customer satisfaction
• Assist with order fulfillment process in NetSuite ERP
• Book and coordinate FTL, LTL, and parcel transportation
• Process RMAs
• Ensure the accuracy of warehouse data & support with regular inventory count function
• Add new products to SKU database (product maintenance)
• File and follow up on warehouse/transportation claims

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar field
• Experience in a high-paced business; start-up preferred
• Previous experience using ERP software and systems is a plus
• Experience managing 3rd party warehouses and transportation providers
• Detail oriented, strong organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask
