The Distribution Coordinator at Saputo ensures Saputo's third-party warehousing partners inventory matches internal systems by tracking, investigating, reconciling, and reporting on discrepancies.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Investigate (root cause analysis), track, report, and reconcile inventory record discrepancies.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new procedures based on analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for your third-party warehouse(s).
• Verify weight and lot number on all inbound receipts, correct if necessary.
• Adjust inventory transactions to reflect over, short, and damaged deliveries (OS&Ds).
• Regularly review and ensure accuracy of third-party warehouse OS&D and cycle counting and ensure procedures are up to date.
• Participate in end of year inventory audits.
• Participate in inventory hold and lot tracing exercises with Quality Assurance; ensure third-party warehouse provides proper documentation from their warehouse management system (WMS) for these processes.
• Provide Customer Service with third-party information needed for customer sampling program.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution, warehousing, or related field.
• A bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent experience.
• Enjoy problem solving.
• Intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas, etc.)
• SAP experience (preferred).
