About this role

This position is for an entry-level Materials Planning and SIOP professional who participates in the supply and demand planning process, and responsible for making minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems and improve effectiveness of work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support container direct shipments and vendor purchasing through SAP for DLS CBP, DLS ICP, DLS Midea Channel, Private Label, and MAC businesses.
• Track vendor shipments and communicate delays with customer service and distribution.
• Monitor and work with suppliers to correct any invoice and packing list discrepancies.
• Collaborate with suppliers through weekly meetings (requires night calls due to time zone differences)
• Monitor DART for any fallouts
• Support new product launch through PIPO plans with product manager - includes attending core team meetings
• Container direct reporting and automation
• Other ad-hoc duties & reporting as manager sees fit

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Excel (moderate to advanced skills)

Preferred Qualifications

• Driven employee with desire to grow in their career
• Customer service experience
• Effective oral and written communicator
• SAP experience
• SalesForce or other CRM experience
• Strong analytical thinker
• Sense of urgency, dedication and ownership is required.
