Supply Chain Coordinator 

Job Level: Entry-Level 

Location: Orem, UT 

Shift: Full-Time 

Compensation: $14 to $16/hour

Position Summary: 

Our Supply Chain Coordinator is a detail-oriented problem solver who can work comfortably under a deadline. They oversee placing all daily orders and will be managing relationships with multiple distribution partners. They work in Excel to create reports that will be used to drive the business forward. This position is fast-moving and uniquely challenging. 

Essential Duties: 

  • Creating, auditing, and sending material orders to our distribution partners nationwide 
  • Reporting on daily delivery success and engaging in root cause problem solving to increase order accuracy and timeliness 
  • Applying for and tracking manufacturer credits for warranty claims 
  • Diagnosing issues and problem solving with the team to handle any inaccuracies in the delivery process 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Familiarity with Excel (with a strong willingness to learn) 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Thinking critically to discover and solve complex problems 
  • Willingness to collaborate with other departments and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in solving issues 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
