PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate current and historical sales and remanufacturing order data globally to identify future potential orders.
• Assist planning analysts' team in maintaining prospect data and product libraries of remanufacturing bills of materials.
• Collect data and report supply chain-related performance measures globally.
• Assist with collecting inventory data sets for various locations globally.
• Assist with maintaining planning bills of materials and coordinating changes with the engineering data maintenance group.
• Consolidate materials forecast datasets from various locations worldwide, working with multiple ERP systems to generate global forecasting.
• Facilitate changes to on-hand inventory based on engineering change notices.
• Actively support materials sourcing and planning teams globally with new parts creation process.
• Oversee all online transactions.
• Perform ongoing inventory analysis; propose, design, and implement systems to facilitate data integrity.
• Assist with obtaining inventory goals to optimize inventory levels and identify obsolete slow-moving inventory.
• Generate required reports and perform preliminary analyses.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or higher degree in supply chain management/engineering, industrial engineering, operation research preferred, OR equivalent experience
• A supply chain management certification preferred or in process
• Experience with supply chain management and execution

• NOV equipment knowledge is preferred
