Job Summary: 

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the primary liaison for our co-packing partner, ensuring the seamless execution of production goals and continuous improvement

Duties / Responsibilities: 

• Act as the main point of contact for their assigned co-packer.
• Facilitate weekly co-packer meetings to ensure pace to production goals are on track, review ongoing projects and discuss any areas for improvement.
• Act as the project manager for all projects related to their assigned co-packer including claims processing, new item setup, process improvement, etc.
• Maintain up to date production plans by coordinating with their assigned co-packer and the Supply Chain Manager to provide a rolling 30 day – day by day plan as well as a 6 month rolling month total plan.
• Process all prior day Production Orders for assigned co-packing locations via entry into the
• BeatBox ERP System ~ Encompass Orchestra Cloud ~ within the first 2 hours of each

workday.

• Coordinate material movements where applicable to ensure materials arrive within contracted time frame for their assigned co-packer
• Complete ERP raw material counts weekly and report any forecasted material needs to the Supply Chain Planner.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager, Planner or Director.

Required Skills / Abilities 

• Microsoft Office Suite ~ High Proficiency with Excel
• Experience with ERP Systems such as Netsuite, SAP, or comparable.

Education and Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years working in co-packing management
• Experience within the CPG industry is preferred

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to travel for 3-4 days at least once per quarter, some international travel required.
