Supply Chain Coordinator I

Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

To provide purchasing and inventory support to the district offices to ensure proper equipment supply availability to our clients. Maintain positive relationships with vendors to provide optimal customer service and lead to future opportunities.

• Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders in both ERP systems. When applicable, minimum proficiency is: 80/day within inCommand and 150/day within SAP.
• Resolve internal customer's purchase order-related questions either via email or phone. When applicable, minimum proficiency is responding to 75 emails per day.
• Manage vendor repair POs and maintain order files.
• Process Purchasing-related Approved Supplier listing requests and provide supplier-requested documentation.
• Create or modify Inventory Receipt requests.
• All other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in healthcare, supply chain, or related field.
