Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Supply Chain Management team. As the Next Generation Supply Chain Data and Reporting Analyst, you develop solutions in alignment with stakeholders' requirements that are aligned to enterprise-wide strategies and are critical to informed decision making. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reporting Track in different Digital Thread Projects through constant coordination with functional Supply Chain operations tracks on reporting requirements, transformation, and timeline.
• Integrate diverse data sources seamlessly, transforming, and validating data to support digital transformation efforts.
• Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources.
• Document, develop, and implement Supply Chain Management processes and rules.
• Review the current state of the art in supply chain technology to update and transform the supply chain systems and processes.
• Support the Global user community in a wide range of activities such as issue resolution, troubleshooting, report development, system setups and configuration and ongoing training activities.
• Develop technical solutions based on user needs, following established guidelines, or collaborating on new specifications.
• Cultivate strong relationships across departments and locations.
• Provide guidance to users and coordinate cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges.
• Lead system design, test, and deployment in Merger & Acquisition & Divestiture projects.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Build relationships across multiple functional areas and levels in the organization across global locations.
• Works with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop reporting requirements.
• Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics/Engineering or similar degree
• +5 Years of Supply Chain, Production Planning / Project management or related work experience
• Project Management experience, preferably using Kinaxis/ JDA/ Blue Yonder planning systems (RapidResponse, Supply Planning, Factory Planning, Demand Fulfillment) or similar in Semiconductor or High-tech industry
• Proficient with Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake
• Proficient with SQL
• Experience building enterprise reports and dashboards
• Travel, including international, up to 15%
