Role Purpose

As a Supply Chain Executive at ZURU Group, you will support our global logistics operations by performing detailed analysis and contributing to various projects under the guidance of the Global Logistics Manager. This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and develop skills essential for a successful career in logistics.

Our global logistics team supports operations in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, catering to major retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Tesco, Foodstuffs, Coles, and more. You will have the chance to work across ZURU EDGE as well as ZURU TOYS, gaining exposure to a wide range of supply chain activities.

How You Will Make an Impact

Join our team as a Supply Chain Executive and play a key role in supporting our logistics operations. In this role, you will assist with data analysis, monitor supply chain performance, and participate in projects to help optimize our logistics processes. Your contributions will help ensure efficient and timely product delivery to our customers while providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Data Analysis
• Perform detailed analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards to enhance transparency around supply chain performance.




• Project Support
• Work on various projects assigned by the Global Logistics Manager, contributing to different aspects of logistics and supply chain management.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.




• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and Planning, to gather data and support their supply chain needs.
• Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Skills & Experience Required

• Recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
