Dawn Inspire Internship Program interns will benefit from:

This is a 12-week full-time position, working remote or hybrid remote/on-site at one of the US Dawn locations.
Travel will be required during the initial week (5/20) and the concluding week (8/5) of the internship to either the Jackson, MI home office or the Chicago, IL location. There may also be a possibility of additional weeks being added during the internship's duration.
What Does It Take to be an Intern at Dawn Foods?
Below are the minimum qualifications for the Dawn Inspire Internship Program.

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree with an with an interest in Business Administration and/or Logistics. Current academic status must reflect good performance in relation to institutional academic standards.
• Completion of sophomore level credits.
• Strong interest in the industry or field related to the internship.
• Basic knowledge of relevant Business Administration concepts, principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and deliver well thought through solutions.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and eagerness to learn.

What You'll Do as a Supply Chain Finance Intern

• Conduct research on assigned topics and present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Shadow and learn from experienced professionals in your field of interest.
• Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills relevant to your career goals.
• Take initiative to suggest process improvements and contribute innovative ideas.
• Demonstrate the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and support our culture throughout the duration of the Internship Program.
• Identified projects that you will be responsible for:
  • Build and develop an analytical concept with Key Performance Indicators for NA Supply Chain in the area of Supply Chain Warehousing/Transportation/Delivery driving financial results.
  • Present work performed including generated insights and learnings with suggestions for further enhancements.
