Supply Chain Finance Manager

Who You Are 

You are a highly analytical finance associate and/or management accountant with a desire to apply your experience in a fast-paced operational context.  You have a top-tier educational background and professional experience with some exposure to supply chain topics.

Responsibilities

• Plant financial management: Own finance and accounting for a new production facility.  Work directly with the CFO and Director of Manufacturing to install financial processes.  Design and create management reports to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. 
• Capex business cases: Develop business cases to support capex investments in supply chain.
• Gross margin & working capital improvements: Assess COGS & inventory levels across the full business.  Improve granularity of tracking to enable optimization.  Own margin calculations and standard costing estimates.  Identify and execute improvement initiatives in conjunction with Strategic Operations team.
• Supply chain projects: Act as Finance lead for major Supply Chain projects, including ERP implementation and business case support for major strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of finance / accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.  The ideal candidate will have had extensive exposure to an operational setting, e.g. manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing
• CPAs preferred
• Financial modeling experience is a must
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Dog lovers preferred!
