Supply Chain Financial Analyst (Remote-US)
Job Description
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will serve as the liaison and contact for consolidated supply operations and performance. This role will support the Finance Manager and facility field operators during the month end close process and budgeting process through reporting, trending, analyzation, and providing data set as appropriate.
Essential Job Functions
Creates, develops, and maintains standardized tracking mechanisms for savings, and operational opportunities
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for executive team and member facilities
Utilizes clinical, financial, decision support and third-party data and resources to support Supply Chain activities, spend, and utilization. Validates and researches data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Develops, supports, and distributes critical statistics, management reporting (i.e., performance dashboards, KPIs, etc.), and custom Supply Chain reports; develops standardized routine reporting; and enhances data compiling processes to support routine reporting.
Creates and maintains data sets, in conjunction and collaboration with the Insights and Integration team
Engages with ERP, I&T, and Analytics functional areas to enact changes, support tool creation, and augment portfolio of outputs
Observes trends and acts as steward to safeguard the assets of the Ministry. Analyzed performance variances and unusual trends and keeps decision-makers informed of significant trends and events

Required Minimum Education:
Bachelors
Field of Study
Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
Licensure/Certification
None
Work Experience:
Minimum Years and Type of Experience Required:
2-3 years of experience in data analytics, finance, or related area.

âRemote - Rarely required to report to a work location In-person collaboration maybe required when necessary. Associates may live anywhere but recommend in the footprint when possible - MUST work in EST time zone
