Tasks and Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:

• Experience with consulting, designing, implementing, and contributing as a functional team member on Supply Chain Planning solution
• Work with Customer Solutions analysts and business personnel to understand Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (including production planning and scheduling), and IBP business processes and work with the technology to support these processes
• Experience with Supply Chain planning, designing, building, scheduling, and deploying IBP solution
• Experience in the implementation and support of DELMIA Quintiq IBP Planning solutions for a manufacturing customer, with emphasis on
  
  • Extended planning and Analysis,
  • Supply chain planning in real time,
  • Sales and Operations Planning,
  • Inventory Planning and optimization,
  • Demand based planning & statistical forecasting,
  • Effective Collaboration,
  • Demand Analytics
  • KPI Based Planning
  • Machine Learning & Predictive Analysis
• Experience working / integrating IBP with other SAP Function modules MM, PP, LE, WM, and eWM
• Experience working / integrating IBP with Salesforce
• Experience on Demand Planning, GATP, Supplier network Planning, APO module is required
• Experience working with both DELMIA Quintiq and Legacy (SAP / Non-SAP Systems) is preferred
• Knowledge on IBP Cloud integrations, extractors / Staging tables is preferred
• Experience identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents
• Deep domain knowledge of IBP-Supply & Demand Planning Capabilities
• Hands on IBP S&OP configuration experience
• Statistical Forecasting, Forecast models/methodologies,
• Forecast Accuracy, Error Analysis, KPIs, dashboards, analytics
• New Product Introduction, Phase In, Phase Out, Like Modeling, product lifecycle
• Planning data model, key figures, aggregation levels, Segmentation, demand processes
• Good exposure and experience of orchestrating best practices of IBP-Supply implementation
• Good understanding of IBP integration to Advanced Planning/MES systems
• Self-starter who can work independently as well as a collaborative team member
• Identifies and resolves functional gaps
• Scrutinizes design for integrated aspects
• Provides input on design and integration issues based on knowledge and previous implementation experience
• Provides input on technical implications of specific design solutions
• Experience with engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
• Strong oral and written communications with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Certification on DELMIA Quintiq is Nice to Have.
• Dematic will provide training and coaching on Quintiq to work with this product

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, logistics, business administration or related discipline
• Requires 5-8 years of experience in an ERP business analyst role.
• Demonstrates experience with SAP S/4 Hana or other recent SAP versions.
• Demonstrates experience and expertise in implementing and supporting SAP MM, WM and EWM modules
• Demonstrates experience and expertise in developing system enhancements as requested by the business
