Job Description Summary

This position is based in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to learn more about supply chain management, Lean methodologies, Kaizen (continuous improvement), data analytics and basic project management.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Leads continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain
• Prepares and analyses data & trends
• Conducts Kaizen activities and maps as-is & to-be processes
• Applies Lean methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Prepares the Project Charter and project schedule
• Monitors and communicates the project progress

• Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics
• Strong aptitude for data analytics
• Can think logically with good problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge in Power BI is advantageous
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
