Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a Supply Chain Intern to our exceptional team. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, tracking shipments, and assisting in receiving products. You will need to be outgoing, customer-service-focused, extremely organized, and detail-oriented.

What Do We Do?

Responsibilities

• Assist in supply chain management tasks, including inventory management and forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Ensures accuracy of all orders and data entry
• Tracking products during shipment
• Assist in receiving products and associating with client orders or entering into inventory.
• Assist with equipment returns to vendors.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to supply chain management

Requirements

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a fast-paced, client-orientated team member.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; embodies a positive attitude; able to build relationships within the company and with clients and external vendors.
• High level of organization; strong attention to detail required.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of a growing company and client base.
• Excellent follow-through with the ability to see tasks through completion.
• Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little supervision.
