Supply Chain Internship (Home Entertainment)
Job Description
We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as an Intern on the Home Entertainment Supply Chain Management Team!

LG's 2023 Summer Internship Program will be a 9 week internship from June 5 through August 4, 2023.
The internship will be based in office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.
The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.
The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program's end.
Responsibilities
- Support Demand Management & PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) process and activities for designated product group within Home Entertainment
- Support Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process for business planning and forecast consensus
- Create and distribute reports such as channel inventory objectives, long term and obsolete inventory KPI expectations, fill-rates and in-stocks
- Support monthly planning and consensus process - top down and bottom up reconciliation of forecast aligning with business objectives
- Support weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) calls, Sell-out meetings, promotional planning meetings, consensus meeting with key accounts
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University
- Rising Junior or Senior in Bachelor's degree program
- Supply Chain/Business/Economics related major is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and well organized
- Proficiency in Global Demand Management systems, CPFR tools, and Tableau reporting a plus
