The Supply Chain Manager, BAM-2 will be accountable for all supply chain functions at the BAM-2 Facility. These functions include production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory planning (finished goods and raw material), logistics (inbound and outbound), warehousing and the MRO Storeroom. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, this position will serve as a key member of the BAM-2 Leadership Team and will work cross-functionally to ensure the facility is aligned with and executing the company's supply chain strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

-Lead, manage and develop the site supply chain team.

-Develop and communicate the plant's production schedule ensuring alignment with the Sales and Operations Plan.

-Lead and manage the facility's Order Fulfillment function and staff.

-Lead and manage the facility's purchasing and storeroom function and staff.

-Work in close coordination with the VP, Supply Chain on overall warehousing and logistics strategy for the business.

-Establish relationships, negotiate with, and manage logistics providers across the defined supply network.

-Coordinate inbound logistics from materials suppliers in close coordination with technical operating staff.

-Establish, implement, and report on appropriate measures and KPIs that support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

-Provide regular summaries and reports to the Executive Leadership Team of the status of ongoing projects and elevate critical issues in a timely manner for resource allocation and decision support.

-Participates in root cause analysis to recommend enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve supply chain productivity and customer satisfaction.

-May act as a project manager on key supply chain projects.

-Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.

-10+ years of overall Supply Chain Experience.

-10+ years in a high-volume manufacturing facility.

-Sourcing and purchasing experience of high-volume MRO materials and specialty equipment.

-Rail, bulk truck and third-party transload negotiation and management experience.

OTHER QUALITIES WE'D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:

-Ability to work across the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver) with a strong competency in sourcing, purchasing and Sales & Operations Planning.

-High level of project organization, attention to detail and time management.

-Ability to multi-task and react positively to a dynamic and growing business environment.

-Ability to plan and manage large volume supply chains.

-Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation.

-Strong project leadership skills.

-Experience in vendor/supplier/partner relationship building and management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $145,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
