Supply Chain Manager

As Supply Chain Manager you will lead and develop team members as well as peers at the customer site. As manager, you will support our company values and actively contribute to internal programs or initiatives to support our global organization's development. You see yourself not only as service provider but as consultant who always sees the big picture, approaches topics in a conceptual and analytical manner and never gets lost in daily operations. You are driven by objectives and results and you proactively take over management tasks for your customer programs. As supply chain planning manager at 4flow, you will lead and own the logistics optimization and planning function within the region. In this role, you will also manage projects within your program, support change management with the customer and drive innovation into our client's organization.

• Responsibility for all supply chain planning activities for the assigned customer
• Strategic planning of logistics and transportation networks
• Analysis and evaluation of supply chain data, processes, and networks
• Continuous transportation and network optimization
• Development and implementation of transportation optimization processes
• Active change management to onboard clients
• Project management
• Regular customer communication on project status
• Management of the carrier cooperation and integration
• Logistics performance and cost controlling/ reporting.
• Initiate and support continuous improvement activities.
• Developing and leading all involved team members
• Supporting talent recruitment processes at 4flow management
• Participate in and actively support the 4flow training & development program.
• Represent the company at marketing and campus recruitment events.

Why you belong at 4flow

• Bachelor's degree preferably in a technical field or (international) business studies (ideally with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain Management)
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in network planning/optimization and/or transportation logistics in an international corporation, consulting or with /4PL services
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Expertise in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, professional communication at all organizational levels internally as well as with customers
• Experience in leading projects
• Sound knowledge of transportation management procedures and system
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• International experience working or studying abroad.
• Strong project management skills
• Leadership and development of team members
