Position Title: Supply Chain Manager
Department: Operations
Reports to: Vice President, Manufacturing & Engineering
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager’s responsibilities include but not limited to: The management and execution of all activities related to procurement, storage, and distribution of the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and data analysis.
• Develop and implement robust demand planning and forecasting models to meet business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchase order processes.
• Streamline warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.
• Utilize Salesforce/NetSuite to track performance metrics and drive supply chain improvements.
• Implement cost management strategies to enhance profitability.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance, using metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements and SOP development to achieve operational excellence.

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce/NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and process-driven workflows.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Project Management
• APICS CPIM or Six Sigma

Compensation

• $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 DOE
• Internet and Cell Phone stipend
